Non-refundable digital goods. Once credits are purchased or used, the sale is final.
Why
Credits are digital goods delivered to your account instantly and consumed by our AI backend (message generation, image generation, wellness insights). Because delivery is immediate and usage cannot be reversed, credit top-ups are non-refundable.
Exceptions
If credits were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a failed delivery where credits were not added to your balance), contact support with your order details and we'll review the case.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
