Welcome to Chati. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Chati.

Acceptable use

Don't use Chati to harm yourself or others, to harass anyone, to attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, or to generate illegal content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Credits & purchases

Chati uses a credit system. Sending a message costs 1 credit, generating an image costs 100 credits, and generating an AI Wellness Insight costs 200 credits. Free plan credits reset daily. Purchased credit top-ups are non-refundable digital goods (see our Refund Policy).

AI-generated content

Chati's replies and generated images are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Chati for medical, legal, financial, or crisis advice.

Service availability

We aim to keep Chati available but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, pricing, and credit costs may change; we'll update this page and the in-app plans screen when they do.

Limitation of liability

Chati is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Chati after an update means you accept the revised terms.
